By using this platform, you agree to these terms and conditions, which shape how you interact here. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service or participate in any campaign.
I use clear language for terms here, but every definition matters. Review these to understand your rights and responsibilities before joining.
“Platform” refers to the crowdfunding site, its features, content, and related services made available by me and my team for founders, investors, and supporters.
“User” means anyone who creates an account, launches a campaign, backs a project, or interacts with any platform feature, whether as an individual or on behalf of a business.
“Content” means all text, images, media, data, or other materials uploaded, posted, or shared by users or the platform on this service.
“Campaign” refers to a project or fundraising effort started, listed, or managed through the platform for the purpose of raising support from the community.
Use of this platform is allowed only for lawful, transparent, and honest crowdfunding and support of projects. Commercial use is permitted within the rules outlined here.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your home country to use this platform. Founders, investors, and supporters all need to meet these requirements.
This platform is not intended for use by minors or anyone unable to form binding agreements. If you don’t meet eligibility, please do not register or participate.
Being part of this platform means you agree to act responsibly—toward your own account, your projects, and the wider community. Here’s what’s expected.
Each user is responsible for their own account activity, security, and any content they share on the platform.
You must use your own details, respect others’ information, and promptly report any suspicious or unauthorized access to me or the team.
Any project or campaign you launch must be truthful, lawful, and clearly presented to backers. Misleading content is not permitted.
Respect the community. Harassment, abuse, or any action that disrupts another user’s experience is not tolerated and may lead to account suspension or removal.
To keep the community safe and focused, some actions are strictly off limits. Review these before joining or participating.
You may not use the platform for illegal activity, fraud, or misrepresentation of your identity or project.
Posting harmful, obscene, or defamatory content is strictly forbidden and will result in removal from the platform.
Do not interfere with platform security, access other users’ data, or try to bypass site protections for any reason.
Automated scraping, data mining, or harvesting content without permission is not allowed under these terms.
You may not use the platform to promote unrelated commercial offers, unsolicited advertising, or spam of any kind.
Any content you share must follow these terms and respect others’ rights. I may remove or moderate user content as needed to maintain a safe, honest community.
User content rights
You retain rights to your own content, but by posting, you grant me a license to use, display, or distribute it on the platform as needed to operate the service.
All platform content, branding, and technology belong to me or licensed partners. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without explicit written consent.
I handle your data as outlined in my Privacy Policy. I only collect what’s needed to run the service and never sell your information. Read the policy for details on rights and protections.

Results may vary for every founder or supporter. No specific outcomes are promised, and each user accepts responsibility for their choices.
I am not liable for losses, damages, or claims from use of the platform, campaigns, or third-party links. Every user accepts risk in using this service, and results will always differ.
By using this platform, you agree to hold me and my team harmless from claims, liabilities, or losses arising from your actions, content, or use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If a dispute comes up, I encourage you to contact me directly first. Most issues get solved through clear, honest discussion before any formal steps.
If a dispute arises, you and I agree to try to resolve it first through direct conversation. If we can’t settle it, binding arbitration in Canada applies, unless another process is agreed to in writing.
Arbitration replaces court litigation unless the parties both choose a different process in writing. You waive your right to a jury trial unless agreed otherwise.

If any part of these terms is found invalid by a court, the rest still apply. The agreement continues with only the affected part changed or removed.
These terms, along with any referenced policies, form the entire agreement between you and me regarding use of the platform. If part of these terms is found invalid, the remainder stands.
